At Chickenshed there is only
one type of people: everyone.
We want to share this with everyone.
So less of the world has to wait.

For more than 20 years, Chickenshed has taught and promoted its inclusive creative process beyond the theatre in north London. We know that what we do makes a difference and therefore we spread our methodology further so more people can benefit.

We work in communities amongst young people, using our unique creative process to promote mutual respect and good citizenship. We also set up permanent inclusive theatre workshop resources, our satellite ‘Sheds’, thereby beginning the process of taking Chickenshed out to the world. In 2008, we now have 19 'Sheds' across the UK and, thanks to EU funding, two Sheds in Russia: ShedEvrika in St. Petersburg and now Taganka Shed in Moscow.

Slowly but surely, we’re showing the world how to think like us.
