Before the Southgate building came into existence Frances would be in the wings stage managing for Chickenshed productions at theatres such as the Criterion, Piccadilly and Royal Albert Hall. There followed a period as production manager for numerous shows. In 2008 Frances changed roles to Theatre Management with responsibility for ensuring that Chickenshed has a safe and functioning building to carry out its amazing work, overseeing the expansion of the space to accommodate our ever-growing activities.
